In trying and uncertain times such as these, it helps both the body and mind to keep a movement routine. It provides an anchor to rely on, keeping yourself physically and mentally healthy. Maura has started these virtual classes to share the calmness that the mat brings herself. 

They are all bookable via the Momoyoga button below. All the classes you book will be available to view at any time up to 24 hours after the class ends through Zoom.

June 30-Day Yoga Challenge

The change you can see in your body in one month may surprise you. Start every day in June right, and you’ll start summer right! For the month of June, Maura will be hosting an early morning Yoga class every day, moving through different themes and areas of focus as the weeks go on.

Week 1: Perfecting the classic postures, with a focus on sun salutations & variations
Week 2: Strength in stillness, holding postures, testing our minds and physically building strength
Week 3: Activating the core, the great connector
Week 4: Happy to headstand, working towards getting upside-down

Weekday Drop-in: €8
Saturday Workshop: €10
One month unlimited: €49 – Access to all classes, valid one month from the first class you book

Bookings close 60 minutes before the class. After you book a class, you’ll receive a link to the class 30-60 minutes before the class starts via email. Please check your spam mail folder if you don’t get it in time.


All physical classes at Wellspace Dublin are on hold until further notice following the Covid-19 outbreak.
