The Yoga

Maura will guide you through various styles of yoga, from Vinyasa (a strengthening & energizing moving meditation linking breath and movement) to Yin (a deeply relaxing floor based practise).

All ages and yoga abilities are welcome as Maura will provide different options for asanas (postures) and help adjust where needed and wanted.

Yoga is for everybody – and everyone’s body is different. Rather than just focus on form, she will guide and adjust your practice to get the most out it.

Lifecoach Workshop with Style-Selfology

Perfectly complimenting the yoga practises, Roisin Kelly from Style-Selfology (NLP-certified life coach) will be working with you on a 60 minute lifecoach workshop.

She’ll share proven techniques to improve mental and emotional well-being and confidence through a variety of methods: the power of NLP (positive self talk), guided journaling, tapping techniques, manifestation and vision board creation. This powerful tool kit will help you change negative habits and introduce a happy & positive impact to your life.

Massage Treatments

You read it right! What better way to excape those winter blues than with soothing touch. Roisin Kelly Beauty will be staying with us over the weekend and giving each lucky guest a 30-minute slot, where you can choose one of the following treatments:

Foot Massage

Food wonderful food

Tasty healthy food is a core part of your weekend experience. We’re lucky enough to have a skilled private chef looking after all our weekend’s food needs! All food will be prepared fresh with love and full of flavour. It will be flavoursome, nutritious and vegetarian. Don’t worry if you’re used to meat with your meals – you’ll forget it’s not there!

Accommodation

You’ll be staying at Monalea Barn, a stunning converted farmhouse at the foot of Croghan hill, just an hour’s drive from Dublin. It features a warm, large restored-stone barn for yoga and dining, and a number of cosy shared bedrooms in the barn and farmhouse.

Please let me know if you are coming with a friend so that I can place you in the same room. But also don’t think twice about not coming alone! This is a perfect opportunity for a ‘me time’ escape!
